Founders' Park
Free outdoor screenings every other Friday through the summer. Bring a blanket; the department provides the screen and, occasionally, working audio.
Ramsett Park
Group lessons for all ages at the Ramsett Park pool. Registration fills up fast — sign up at the front desk or by phone.
Sweetums Field
Opening ceremonies, first pitch, and complimentary Sweetums samples at the concession stand. Dentists are, understandably, not thrilled.
Founders' Park
Free weekly yoga on the open lawn, weather permitting. Mats not provided. Raccoons have, on occasion, attended.
City-Wide
Annual fun run starting and ending at Founders' Park, winding through Ramsett Park along the way. All fitness levels welcome.
Wamapoke River Greenway
Volunteer morning clearing brush along the greenway's completed sixty percent. Gloves and mild existential dread provided.
