Public Works has pushed back repairs to the well-known pothole cluster on Sanders Avenue for the third time this year, citing budget constraints and what officials described as “a supply issue with orange cones.”
The repairs, originally scheduled for spring, are now expected sometime next month, weather and budget permitting. In the meantime, crews have added additional signage and ask drivers to continue to navigate around the affected stretch, as most residents already do out of habit.
Public Works reminds residents that pothole reports can be submitted through the department directly and are reviewed, if not always resolved, in the order received.
